Self Appraisal
A Little boy went to a telephone booth which was at the cash counter of a store and dialed a number. The store-owner observed and listened to the conversation:
Boy: “Lady, can you give me the job of cutting your lawn?”
Woman: (at the other end of the phone line) “I already have someone to cut my lawn.”
Boy: “Lady, I will cut your lawn for half the price than the person who cuts your lawn now.”
Woman: “I’m very satisfied with the person who is presently cutting the lawn.”
Boy: (with more perseverance) “Lady, I’ll even sweep the floor and the stairs of your house for free.”
Woman: “No, thank you.”
With a smile on his face, the little boy replaced the receiver.
The store-owner, who was listening to all this, walked over to the boy.
Store-owner: “Son….I like your attitude; I like that positive spirit and would like to offer you a job.”
Boy: “No thanks.”
Store-owner: “But you were really pleading for one.”
Boy: “No Sir, I was just checking my performance at the job I already have. I am the one who is working for that lady I was talking to!”

Respect and value the loved ones you have in life.
A short and sweet story
once there was a 13 year boy, very careless and naughty.
He was shy also. He didn't talk to any girl of his class. Girls didn't like dat boy.
He was very week at his studies.
There was a cute n intelligent girl in his class.she saw dat boy.....alone and unhappy.
She felt sorry for that poor boy.
She wanted to talk with him & made an effort to talk to him. After a few effort she was friend with him. Now they both were happy. She helped him in his studies. The boy could pass only because of that girl.
Both used to share everything. They were best friends now.
The boy got care n love in her friendship.
But unfortunate was d boy. Soon he began to quarrel at small things
the girl said "I'll leave u someday, n u'll miss me". Bt he never understand.
1 day he was left alone and unhappy again.
The girl left him.
He realized her importance when there was no one to care for him.
Now he missed her very much.
After a long time he met her and said sorry for everything.
She was a kind hearted girl. Excused him.
But now she was changed.
Time was changed....
There were so many people in her life who respect her, Who cares for her and who understand her value.
The girl whom that boy knew was now only in his memories.....
Friends, it was d story which teaches us a very good lesson..
"never ignore or never let go that person from your life, who cares for u.
Maybe someday u realize , that u have lost a diamond while u were busy in collecting stones."
Time never come back...

Love defined by different kids..!!
A group of professional people posed this question to a group of 4 to 8 year-olds, “What does love mean?”
The answers they got were broader and deeper than anyone could have imagined. See what you think:
“When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn’t bend over and paint her toenails anymore. So my grandfather does it for her all even when his hands got arthritis, too. That’s Love. Rebecca – age 8
When someone loves you, the way they say your name is different. You just know that your name is safe in their mouth.”Billy – age4
“Love is when a girl puts on perfume and a boy puts on shaving cologne and they go out and smell each other.” Karl – age 5
“Love is when you go out to eat and give somebody most of your French Fries without making them give you any of theirs. ”Chrissy – age 6
“Love is what makes you smile when you’re tired.” Terri – age 4
“Love is when my mommy makes coffee for my daddy and she takes a sip before giving it to him, to make sure the taste is OK. ”Danny – age 7
“Love is when you kiss all the time. Then when you get tired of kissing, you still want to be together and you talk more. My Mommy and Daddy are like that. They look gross when they kiss ”Emily – age 8
“Love is what’s in the room with you at Christmas if you stop opening presents and listen.” Bobby – age 7
(Wow!)
“If you want to learn to love better, you should start with a friend who you hate. ”Nikka – age 6

everyday. ”Noelle – age 7
“Love is like a little old woman and a little old man who are still friends even after they know each other so well.” Tommy – age 6
“During my piano recital, I was on a stage and I was scared. I looked at all the people watching me and saw my daddy waving and smiling. He was the only one doing that. I wasn’t scared anymore.” Cindy – age 8
“My mommy loves me more than anybody. You don’t see anyone else kissing me to sleep at night.” Clare – age 6
“Love is when Mommy gives Daddy the best piece of chicken.”Elaine-age 5
“Love is when Mommy sees Daddy smelly and sweaty and still says he is handsomer than Robert Redford.”Chris – age 7
“Love is when your puppy licks your face even after you left him alone all day.”Mary Ann – age 4
“I know my older sister loves me because she gives me all her old
clothes and has to go out and buy new ones. ”Lauren – age 4
“When you love somebody, your eyelashes go up and down and little stars come out of you” Karen – age 7
“Love is when Mommy sees Daddy on the toilet and she doesn’t think it’s gross.”Mark – age 6
“You really shouldn’t say ‘I love you’ unless you mean it. But if you mean it, you should say it a lot. People forget,”Jessica – age 8
And the final one — Author and lecturer Leo Buscaglia once talked about contest he was asked to judge. The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child. (Now this will melt your heart.)
The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife. Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman’s yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there. When
his Mother asked him what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said,“Nothing, I just helped him cry.”

Things are not always what they seem.
Two traveling angels stopped to spend the night in the home of a wealthy family.
The family was rude and refused to let the angels stay in the mansion’s guest room.
Instead the angels were given a small space in the cold basement.
As they made their bed on the hard floor, the older angel saw a hole in the wall and repaired it.
When the younger angel asked why, the older angel replied, “Things aren’t always what they seem.”
The next night the pair came to rest at the house of a very poor, but very hospitable farmer and his wife.
After sharing what little food they had the couple let the angels sleep in their bed where they could have a good night’s rest.
When the sun came up the next morning the angels found the farmer and his wife in tears.
Their only cow, whose milk had been their sole income, lay dead in the field.
The younger angel was infuriated and asked the older angel, “How could you have let this happen? The first man had everything, yet you helped him.” – she accused. “
The second family had little but was willing to share everything, and you let the cow die.”
“Things aren’t always what they seem.” – the older angel replied.
“When we stayed in the basement of the mansion, I noticed there was gold stored in that hole in the wall. Since the owner was so obsessed with greed and unwilling to share his good fortune, I sealed the wall so he wouldn’t find it. Then last night as we slept in the farmers bed, the angel of death came for his wife. I gave him the cow instead. Things aren’t always what they seem.”
Sometimes that is exactly what happens when things don’t turn out the way they should. If you have faith, you just need to trust that every outcome is always to your advantage.
You might not know it until some time later…
Should you find it hard to get to sleep tonight,
remember the homeless family who has no bed to lie in.
Should you find yourself stuck in traffic, don’t despair,
there are people in this world for whom driving is an unheard-of privilege.
Should you have a bad day at work,
think of the man who has been out of work for many months struggling to feed his family.
Should you notice a new gray hair in the mirror,
think of the cancer patient in chemo who wishes she had hair to examine.
Should you find yourself at a loss and pondering what is life all about, asking, “What is my purpose?”, be thankful,
there are those who didn’t live long enough to get the opportunity.

Man with four wives.. !!
There was a man with four wives.
He loved his fourth wife the most and took a great care of her and gave her the best.
He also loved his third wife and always wanted to show her off to his friends.
However, he was always had a fear that she might runaway with some other man.
He loved his second wife too. Whenever he faced some problems, he always turned to his second wife and she would always help him out.
He did not love his first wife though she loved him deeply, was very loyal to him and took great care of him.
One day the man fell very ill and knew that he is going to die soon.
He told himself, "I have four wives with me. I will take one of them along with me when I die to keep company in my death."
Thus, he asked the fourth wife to die along with him and keep company. "No way!" she replied and walked away without another word.
He asked his third wife. She said "Life is so good over here. I'm going to remarry when you die".
He then asked his second wife. She said "I'm Sorry. I can't help you this time around. At the most I can only accompany you till your grave."
By now his heart sank and he turned cold.
Then a voice called out: "I'll leave with you. I'll follow you no matter where you go."
The man looked up and there was his first wife. She was so skinny, almost like she suffered from malnutrition.
Greatly grieved, the man said, "I should have taken much better care of you while I could have!"
Actually, we all have four wives in our lives.
a. The fourth wife is our body. No matter how much time and effort we lavish in making it look good, it'll leave us when we die.
b. The third wife is our possession, status and wealth. When we die, they go to others.
c. The second wife is our family and friends. No matter how close they had been there for us when we're alive, the furthest they can stay by us is up to the grave.
d. The first wife is our soul, neglected in our pursuit of material wealth and pleasure. It is actually the only thing that follows us wherever we go.

LUNCH WITH GOD !
A little boy wanted to meet God! He packed his suitcase with two sets of his dress and some packets of cakes!
He started his journey, he walked a long distance and found a park! He was feeling tired, so, he decided to sit in the park and take some refreshment!
He opened a packet of cake to eat!
He noticed an old woman sitting nearby, sad with hunger, so he offered her a piece ofcake!
She gratefully accepted it with a wide look and smiled at him! Her smile was so pretty that the boy longed to see it again! After sometime he offered her another piece of cake! Again,
she accepted it and smiled at him! The boy was delighted!
They sat there all afternoon eating and smiling, but never said a word!
While it grew dark, the boy was frightened and he got up to leave but before he had gone more than a few steps, he ran back and gave the woman a hug and she kissed him with her prettiest smile!
Back home, when the boy knocked the door, his mother was surprised by the look of joy on his face!
She asked him, "What did you do today that makes you look so happy?"
He replied, "I had lunch with God!"
Before his mother could respond, he added, "You know what? She's got the most beautiful smile I've ever seen in my life!"
Meanwhile, the old woman, also radiant with joy, returned to her home! Her son was stunned by the look of peace on her face and asked, "Mom, what did you do today that made you so happy?"
She replied, "I ate cakes in the park with God!"
Before her son responded, she added, "You know, he's much younger than I expected!"
Too often we underestimate the power of; a touch,
a smile, a kind word,
a listening ear, an honest compliment,
or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around!
Remember, nobody knows how God will look like! People come into our lives for a reason, for a season or for a lifetime!
Accept all of them equally.. .. ..
.. .. ..LET THEM SEE GOD IN YOU!

Stop calling someone who !!
GIRLS
Stop calling someone who never picks
up or takes forever to call you back because such a person lacks common courtesy, such a person may be in love with someone else or simply using you at his or her convenience.
Stop texting a person who doesn’t reply in a reasonable amount of time.
I know that person may be claiming
that he or she is ever busy but if that person really loved you he/she wouldn’t have failed to spare at least 2 minutes to text you any short message like I MISS YOU, I LOVE YOU…
If you are in love with such a person just know he/she has not time for you but has time to text the other person that he or she loves and fears to piss and lose.
Stop chasing after someone who doesn’t want to be caught.
Stop caring for someone who doesn’t
appreciate everything you do for him or her.
Stop having hope in someone who takes you as his or her second option.
I mean that person who is ever interested in you when he or she is sad, bored or stressed.
Stop pleading and crying for someone who sees no value in your tears.
Seriously you deserve someone who gladly picks up when you call with much need of hearing his or her voice,
someone who replies promptly to your texts and treats you with common decency,
Someone who appreciates everything
you do for him or her,
Someone who fears to lose you just like the way you do,
someone who takes you as his or her
priority, someone who has your time
and serious with you.
